EXCHANGE AND RETURNS (DOMESTIC ORDERS)

Products can be exchanged within the 7 working days from the date of receipt. Please note that the product will be only exchanged which are unused, with tag and invoice. Items bought on sale cannot be exchanged due to the minor marking differences/slight damage, differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photo-shoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen,  therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason. We will only exchange any product(s) if it is defected or wrong product(s) has been delivered. We cannot exchange the product without purchase invoice.

Tailor made & Items on sale cannot be exchanged. We will only exchange if the product has any manufacturing defects. Please contact our customer service team and file complain about the product, once we review the product we will confirm you about exchange and refund. Order must be returned with their original packaging.

Please allow up to 15 days for exchange to be processed from the day return being received. However, if the item is defected or incorrect then the article will be picked up from the customer’s doorstep.

CUSTOM STITCHING

Tailor Made & Made to Order attires cannot be exchanged or refund. We will only consider if the product has any manufacturing defects or not stitched as per customer’s requirement. In that case please contact our customer service team and file complains about the product, to seek further help. Custom Stitched orders might be delayed or delivery time may effect due to the communication with customer about tailor suggestion.

EXCHANGE AND RETURNS (International Orders):

Currently, TABASSUM BY NUR does not have an Exchange/Return policy for international orders. However, if you were delivered an incorrect or damaged item then please contact our customer care department for further help.

Note: Please take pictures of the package and invoice before opening your order and keep them with you unless you find your complete order intact. It will be helpful to resolve your complaints timely, in case you receive an incorrect or damaged article.

Custom Duty: If the customer refuses to accept the order at the time of delivery, TABASSUM BY NUR is not liable to refund or compensate for the order amount. If the Parcel is on hold by the Customs department of the shipping country, the customer is liable to provide all relevant and required documentation to the authorities. TABASSUM BY NUR is not liable to refund the amount in case of non-clearance of the Parcel.

REFUND

Although we have no existing refunds policy. However, in case of unavailability of stock refund would be provided. Your refund will be credited back to your original method of payment within approximately two weeks of being processed. All shipping and handling costs and other transactional charges are non-refundable. In case of quality issue identified while dispatching the order, we will remove the concerned items from your original order. Refund will only be processed for items excluded from the order, not the entire value of the order. Refunds will be issued to the same credit card that was used for the original purchase. In case of BANK DEPOSIT | DIRECT TRANSFERS via Third Parties your refund will be credited back to any PAKISTANI Bank account.

ORDER CANCELLATION

You may cancel your order any time before the order has been processed and dispatched. Once the order has been processed, the “Exchange and Return Policy” Will be applied. TABASSUM BY NUR may decline the orders, if the payment did not go through or the product is out of stock. You will always receive the confirmation email and SMS notification once your order is confirmed.

SALE ITEMS

There is a possibility that items on sale are reduced due to any of the following reasons: end of season items/minor marking/slight damage or color differences. Any discrepancies with a sale item will not be classified as a fault. If the received article appears to have any sort of defect/damage, email/call us +332 688 1494 OR +311 688 1494 no later than 3 days from the date the item was received.
